Beyond chat: a real workflow engine
The conversational assistant is enough to create one presentation. The workflow engine exists so you never have to do it manually again: a visual graph of building blocks connects your data sources to AI generation, all the way to final delivery.
Think in pipelines, not click by click
Every workflow is a graph of connected nodes: data sources, AI building blocks, transformations, shared variables, connectors, and outputs. The same engine runs from the visual editor, from the app's chat, or entirely from the command line โ without ever opening the graphical interface.
A toolbox of ready-made building blocks
Sources
Local files, imported content, entry points into the graph.
AI
Planning, presentation generation, visual review โ the same AI that powers the app.
Transformation
Reshaping and adapting data between two building blocks.
Variables
Read/write variables shared across every node in a run โ formatted dates, dynamic file names.
Output
PPTX export, generated files, workflow results.
Connectors
SharePoint (Microsoft Graph), FTP/FTPS/SFTP โ downloading and dropping off files.
Databases
Pulling structured data directly from your internal systems.
Social networks
Automated distribution of the generated result.
The engine's real power
Explicit structure control
The layout plan node lets you impose the theme and slide-by-slide structure (layout, type, title) โ automation stays under control, never left to an autonomous AI plan alone.
Parallel execution
The engine schedules the graph by levels and runs up to 4 nodes at once โ a large workflow doesn't run any slower than a sequential chain.
Parameterized command-line mode
Any workflow can run headless from the CLI, with parameters passed as arguments โ the same node reads a test value in manual mode, and the real parameter in CLI mode. Ready to plug into Windows Task Scheduler or cron.
Detailed execution trace
Every node records its status, duration, an input/output summary, and each of its intermediate steps โ an automated run stays fully inspectable afterwards.
Real enterprise connectors
SharePoint via Microsoft Graph (device-code authentication, cached locally โ a single one-time step for IT), FTP/FTPS/SFTP to fetch and drop off files, databases, social networks.
Extensible without touching the engine
New connectors are added through a simple extension file, using the exact same registration mechanism as the built-in blocks โ never a need to modify the application's core.
A Monday morning, with zero human intervention
A SharePoint or database connector fetches the week's indicators.
An AI block plans and generates the presentation, respecting the imposed theme and structure.
An automatic visual review fixes any readability issues it detects.
The file is exported to PPTX, automatically dated via a variable, then dropped off over SFTP or shared to a social network โ ready before the office opens.
